Respond to one of the following in a five page, double-spaced, essay using a normal, twelve-point font (there will be two questions; you choose one). You have two and a half days to complete the exam. All answers are due by noon on Wednesday, 10 June. Answers may be turned in to Manuel Vargas's box in Building 90. A half a day means the morning (nine a.m. to noon) or afternoon (noon to five p.m.). In effect, there are three periods in which one can take the exam, using the full time allotted: Wednesday (3 June) afternoon to Friday (5 June) afternoon, Friday (5 June) afternoon to Monday (8 June) morning, Monday (8 June) morning to Wednesday (10 June) morning.
